The best realtor my wife and I have ever dealt with, hands down. We were selling our house to buy another, and to say the least, it was a confounding experience, what with the red-tape, maze of paperwork, inspections and all. Lourdes, however, was there for us every step of the way. She kept us posted at every turn of event, handled our questions quickly and informatively, no matter day or night. And the fact that she is bilingual was of immense help. The buyers of our house were late and the sellers of our new home wanted to raise their price. Tirelessly Lourdes kept after both and succeeded in selling our house and bringing the cost of our new home back down to the original price. Truly she is dedicated to her clientele. My wife and I give her our highest recommendation, and Lourdes is the only agent we would use if ever we were to sell or purchase another home.
